I know Allianz do this, Benchmark and Finnsure (both through a broker) are often cheaper. The only usual conditions are the turning off of water during winter/longer empty periods, advising if the property is to be rented etc. As with any insurance policy, read the t & c's before buying.
My existing policy is with Allianz but I want to change from them. they had a condition in their policy that the system had to be fully drained each time you left the holiday home.
Needless to say the water tank leaked when we were not in the house and caused substantial damage. And Allianz are refusing to pay out now.
Its extremely unfair I think to expect someone to drain down the system each time you leave. You'd need a plumber to do this for you -with a minimum call out charge of €100 each time.
