Hi Folks
Planning a holiday with lady and 10month old baby in Sept. Looking for something not too far but with a lot of water sports as Im not a fan of lying around.
Considering Fuertaventura but not sure. Also considering France/Portugal.
Any suggestions?
....& what do you do all day while the "lady" is doing water sports and you are minding the baby? You have to make sure there are enough activities for you & the baby!!
Personally, the "man", the kids and I lovely Italy around the lakes (Como & Garda).
Agree with sam h. Holidaying with a 10 month old is a bit different to doing it childless. Having travelled to Fuerteventura with a 6 month old I would not do it again. I would look closer to home within a 2 hour flight. 5 hours on a 737/A320 is just too much for them. Also watersports are great for adults and older children but somebody has to stay onshore to mind a 10 month old. I would also suggest somewhere like Italy as opposed to a beach holiday. Babies and beaches don't really mix!
