Holiday Entitlements

Hi All,

I work 5 days one week and 6 days another week. Same money all the time no extra for doing sats. Also have to work odd bank hol but get another day off for this. Question is my contract says i am entitled to 4 weeks hols-so is that 22 days hols or 20 days?

tanx purple thats what i though however employer saying 20 days!

Rang citizen advise they make out i should have been paid overtime for sat and got 20 days hols.
Not sure why about the overtime tried to tell her i was supposed to work these days and
they were in my contract but she wasnt interested. Might try again later and check with some one else.
