Holiday entitlements for part-time worker?

I'm planning to take on a new employee on a part-time basis - 20 hours per week being 5 hours per day over four days.

I've been looking at the Citizens Information website but find it hard to interpret the rules regarding annual leave. Am I correct in thinking that I must give the employee at least four weeks' paid leave?

4 weeks yes but that's 4 weeks at 20 hours a week.
