Holiday apts in Amalfi area & Rome

Anyone ever stay in any of these type of apts ? I am taking my grown up kids away for a few days & these seem more reasonable than hotels.

Recommendations gratefully accepted

We got an apartment in a villa with a pool through Sorrento Holidays last year and it was really nice. Great character and good service.

I've been looking up a different site - only staying 3 days & some begin with min 1wk.
www.amalfivacation.it are the company I'm looking at. Apt I'm thinking of is in Minori (about 3km from Amalfi )
Think I'll go with it as it looks good & far better value than hotels.
