Hole in leater couch

Hello, Friends of mine purchased a leather three piece suite in a local furniture shop back in January, A hole has worn away at the back cushion on one of the chairs, The shop in question has said it no longer stocks this suite so cannot replace the single chair which makes the whole suite look bad, Are they entitled to a refund for this, By the way it can not be recovered in the same leather as the suite was an import, Thanks in advance for your help.

Id write to shop stating they are open to a repair (but if not possible) a full replacement (or refund). What good is a three piece suite if one chair is different? Plus consider the fact if the leather wore so easily on a chair whos to say it wont happen again somewhere else. Plus the suite still under guarantee, leather often has a three/five yr warranty also.

(Perhaps the shop could give them two matching fabric chairs and with a couple matching cushions it may co-ordinate).
