been using this alarm for the past year and a half and cannot fault it, very versitile, can easily add sensors or a digi, etc and overall a good solid system. have installed around 30 of them and i have had no faults with them. would definitly recommend it
Just recently got a HKC system installed, no problems as of yet, spoke with a few people before getting it installed and everyone spoke very highly of it.
id recommend a basic alarm system, ie shock sensors on every window and prob contacts on your downstairs windows. possibly a PIR in the hall depending on your house. id also recommend a text digi which you run your phone line through and it will text your preset numbers if your alarm goes off, it will tell you the zone which it went off in too, def worth the extra few quid IMO
