Just realisewd that our new house has a HKC secure watch alarm fitted, prev occuppiers have no user manual.
went to HKC.ie and downloaded both user and manager manuals BUT i cannot access manager menu because i have no acecss code. Ive tried calling HKC but cannot get through to them (will try again monday) in meantime, does anyone know if they use a standard company wide code that is available to homeowners or will this end up costing me a callout fee?
all i want to do is to access my main box so i can replace a battery and i assume like most other alarms that i need to enter a manager code to open the box!?
