History of ECB rates

The ECB rate at the moment on which mortgages are based, is 1%.

How does that tie in with this history of rates?

It seems to be the "Main Financing Operations Fixed rate" Why is there no rate quoted from June 2000 to October 2008?

In particular, I was wondering what the ECB rate was in January 2007?

OK, I think I get it now.

The Key rate is the "Main Financing Operations"

That is split over two columns for some reason.

So the rate at December 2006 was 3.5%.

I had seen that, but it starts with numbers and dates in March 2007 only.
