How sure are you on those rates? I only ask as I went through my mortgage statements for 2008 to 2018 yesterday to figure out what rates were applicable with a LTV>80%and while the dates match the changes the rates are slightly different. e.g. when I exited the fixed rate in Jan 2010 I was on a rate of 2.65% mine don't match with yours until June 14 then everything lines up nicely.

the rates I have noted are from what we were on except the ones from 2011 to 2014 which I took from press releases, so if these are slightly out I change them.

This is what I have
Jan 20092.65%
30th Mar 20102.99%
11th Aug 20103.49%
23rd Nov 20113.24%
4th Sept 20123.74%
13th Nov 20124.24%
5th June 20134.49%
1st Dec 20144.25%
2nd June 20144.00%
