We're looking at hiring another person, but like most employers are a bit worried we can sustain the person in the current environment. Can anyone advise on what hiring incentives are out there at the minute? We would like to hire someone with experience for a 12 month contract with limited outlay to ourselves and if all works out, hire them full time after 12 months on a normal wage. Any info appreciated.
