hire cars and the toll fee

hi all, i was under the impression that the toll was built into the rental, think i am wrong, at the weekend i hired with hertz and paid my two tolls online as they told me i was responsible, however reading their T&C it says they have an account and they will take care of it with a small admin fee,

my problem now is that i have been thru 3 tolls in the last month in diff hire cras all thinking it was ok, what happens now, do i just wait for the nasty fine in the letter box, the website on the m50 toll does not seem to help much

I'd expect that your credit card will eventually be hit for the charge plus admin by the respective hire companies
