High Street TV order not received

I placed an order with highstreettv.ie on 24th June. Terms and conditions state dispatch within 24 hours of receiving an order. I have a dispatch email for 4th July but no arrival yet. The company will not provide me with confirmation of postage or even details of their company's policy in this case. They will not reply to voicemails. I received one email asking me if I had received the items just after I had phoned to say that nothing had arrived. How can I investigate this?

Can you get on to the credit card company and get a refund from them?

Lots of dissatisfied customer comments on their FB page. Contact your credit card company for a chargeback.

I know... but only discovered it afterwards. I paid with Visa debit...

I have to say its not a site that would entice me, no Irish address, no support details, and I've never heard of it. You could go to Small Claims Court but I suspect this is a UK company. Chase the security/insurance on the card first.
