Hi,

does anyone know if it is better to advance book the high speed from Valencia to Barcelona? Travel dates are a little flexible, so I wolud like to avoid advance booking if at all possible. Would it be much more expensive to just show up at the station on the day and purchase tickets then?

Thank you, Protocol.

As far as I can see, there is little price difference between pre-booking and advance booking. There is a big difference in the fast (3 hour) and the slow (5 hour) trains.

again, thanks

Hi EuroMed, Talgo and Alaris are different types (or rather "makes") of trains with different configurations.
Apparently, Euromed is the best and fastest, so if there's not a big gap in the prices, I would go for that one.
