Herberton apartments

Hi,
I've just put down a booking deposit on a 1 bed in Block B Herberton, Dublin 8. Has anyone else bought here, and have you moved in yet? Any comments on the development - the quality of the development, the area etc. I'm finding it hard to get information on the property and not sure if its a good move. I like the size and lay out though. Anyone got info on the retail units yet or when the gym will be ready?
All comments welcome.
This is a very scary move for me (first time buyer!).

Have you read the other threads on these apartments? There are a few under the Location section. I would read through them if I were you.

I don't own an apartment there but I pass it every day on the LUAS. It seems like a good quality development to me and a great location close to the city centre and with the LUAS on your doorstep. I think it's a good choice!
