10k off plus "free" 10k fitout increases the effective discount (at least over builder's finish).Maybe I'm missing something, but a 10K drop in price could only possibly be a 10% drop if the seller's place cost 100K.
The builder is still trying to sell the remainder of the properties in the estate at the same price as 2007,
