'Hope some-one can help with this one. I'm involved with a small national non-profit who need help with number crunching for a pre-budget submission. Who do we approach - an accountant, an economist, a financial advisor? How much would it cost, etc.
One idea might be to approach an economics lecturer in one of the universities-if you are a non-profit organisation they might do you a favour, or at least charge a nominal fee. Check out the various college websites, staff details (i.e. extensions and e-mail addresses) are generally freely available. Another option might be to try and locate someone doing a masters degree or phd in ecomonics and offering them a small fee to assist you.
