I dont know if anyone will be able to help or have experienced the same thing, the stop button on the microvave wont stop; ie the plate kept rolling and thesound was as if its still on, and the ON button refused to work. The two buttons were doing the opposite but the difference is it was nt warming or heating anything. Any advice of what to do will be highly appreciated.
