I am completing this for my fathers probate - I would appreciate some help please.
There are 3 executors of which I am one. I am handling the probate.
1. Is it necessary to name all 3 of us in the 'Details of Applicants' section. The other 2 are happy for me to work away. (It will be difficult for all of us to get to the solicitor to have our signatures witnessed.)
2. I received money back from Revenue for the estate - do i put this under 'any other property' section??
3. On the 'did anybody receive a Gift' from deceased section - we all received a gift of money in 2011. We are still all well below the threshold and dont have to pay tax but it was not declared so can we declare now or what?
