HELP...Urgent!

Hello...I need help ! I am taking a flight to Birmingham tomorrow...Tried to check in online..but I timed out..OK..Im Slow & Blonde lol...Anyway I cant retrieve it to print the boarding pass...I only got as far as the ref no..& names...when I tried to go back..I just got an error message & said I was already checked in...can anyone help please..Thanks in advance.
