Hello i have a 2005 saturn ion, well i went into a store and it seems someone wanted to dump alot of silicon sealant onto my hood. I dont know why anyone would do that, but i scrubbed most of it off, then went to a car wash using the hose to try to soap it and wash it away, but to no avail, though you cant see it that well its still looks like something is weird where it was. Any way to get this off without harming my cars paint job or plastic under it ( and yes saturn ions are plastic -.- or something, sure isnt metal thats for sure
