Help quoting for a consultancy job in the US

Hi,

I am a consultant and have just been asked by a company in the US to quote for a job over there. It would involve travelling to their site in the US and delivering a week long training course. My query should I supply them with a quote in euro or dollars?

Plus, any advice from anyone who has worked as a consultant in the US (but who are based in Ireland), would be appreciated.

Quote in Dollars but I suggest you get advice from a US based Accountant prior to quoting to ensure this is a worthwhile contract for you, Uncle Sam will want to know all about it...
 
Quote in dollars if it’s competitive and in Euro if you are wanted. Itemise costs separately (travel and accommodation).
 
If you can I'd quote in Euro and let them have the currency risk. I'd imagine having worked with U.S. based businesses before that they'll want a dollar quote.
