Im sorry to say that I dont think you have many options.
Is your company unionised? Are you in a position to negotiate a sum of money to (part) compensate you for the move? Are you in a strong personal position with respect to your company i.e. do they need you more than you need them? Can you enter into a car pooling arrangement. At the very least you might be able to get the company to pay for an annual public transport ticket - this is not taxable (I think). Would the company be agreeable to be more flexible with regard to starting and finishing times?
