Help needed re Mobile Home price

I'm trying to get a valuation on a BK Bluebird Brookwood (35x12) 3 bedroom, 2001 but we cannot get anyone from a Mobile Home Sales company to come and value it. We are selling it to another member of the family and want to get a price valuation as if we were selling back to an MH Sales company or to a private buyer.

Could someone who has that sort of knowledge give a rough estimate. It would be much appreciated.

Its value will depend if its on a site in a park or not. If its on a site then see how much similar mobiles are selling for there.

If its just a straight sale, then contact a mobile seller such as Farrells on the Naas road and see how much they think its worth. No mobile home seller will come to value it as there is nothing in it for them.
