Help Me calculate my TRS

Sorry i kow this is an annoying post but could some1 help mecalculate my trs?
Mortgage €144,000 over 30yrs with an nib ltv tracker rate
We are married & we were not first time Buyers whe we bought this house over a year ago.
In july 07 our payments were €750 pm & then we would get a refund of €120 Trs amonth
Now Our Mortgage is down to €580 pm with interest cuts & we get a refund of about €50 is this Right?
Im completely stupid when it comes to tax

It looks in the right ball park. Depending on the tracker rate you got, you're probably paying somewhere between €290 and €350 per month in interest. 15% of your interest figure is your TRS - the figure you're quoting suggests interest of €333 per month. Another factor in your TRS reducing, apart from the fact that the qualifying itnerest is now far less, is that the rate non FTBs get has gone down from 20% to 15%.

Thanks Dreamerb..so its gone down to 15%,I forgot about that in the Budget
If its in or around right the thats Grand..suppose im always hoping its wrong & il get more...LOL
