Hi all, myself and my partner are currently in talks with a landowner and are buying 2 acres from a larger field.
We've been told we need to get our architect to come out to the site to physically mark out the 2 acres with poles, but we're under the impression that that is the job of the land owner.
We have site maps done for percolation reports, so we know where the boundary should be be and can do it ourselves (accompanied by land owner and auctioneer) and are reluctant to spend another couple of hundred to get our architect out again.
Could anyone point me in the direction of who is in charge of bringing someone to the site to mark it out
TIA
