Help!
My other half was on the internet the other night, now neither of us are computer geniuses or anything so we'r pretty stuck on this one. He was on some site, basically not a very kosher one. We have Norton Anti Virus. Now every time we try to connect to the internet, it won't let us and tells us that something is trying to run from our explorer, what do we want to do: permit once or block (RECOMMENDED) Everytime i click block, the window just keeps popping up again. I cant get google or anything. It said something about a Trojan? I disconnected from internet, and ran a norton scan. it didnt find anything. Whats going on guys?? Is my computer banjaxed??
P.S. other half got a severe telling off for visiting dodgy sites......
By the way when i checked teh firewall it was switched OFF!! obv boyf turned it off to look at dodgy site!!!
