Before you take the sim out of the N95 make sure that all contacts are transferred from phone to sim .
When the sim is placed in the iPhone goto :
settings/mail,contacts,calendar / import sim contacts.
Any photos , music etc will need to be copied to your P.C , then import them into iTunes and sync them to your new phone.
