Heat before tiling?

Not connected to Electricity yet - tiler can start immediately - will this casue problems?
 
Only if he needs light or power for an electric tile cutter (or angle-grinder like the first one I got).

Why not ask him?
 
Tiling on concrete shouldn't cause any issues but if you are laying a ply base or something then you woud need to seal it first with PVA or something
