Health Levy Refund

If one earned 500 euro a week for 26 weeks so that total earnings for the tax year 2005 were 13,000 euro, I am correct saying that this person would be entitled to a refund of the 2% health levy paid as part of Class A PRSI??
And I would also be correct in saying that the value of this would be:
13000 * .02 = 260??
