Health Insurance - worth changing to VIVAS?

Just wondering what people think of this new crowd VIVAS ?

I am currently on a BUPA Health Manager plan which is due for renewal in a few weeks so was just wondering if its worth changing to VIVAS ?

Would appreciate any views or additional info people might have.

I've made the move from Bupa to Vivas recently after examining the relative benefits of each. It seems to me that its very worthwhile if you have kids at college over 21 and under 24 since these are still covered at much cheaper rate by Vivas. Also there is no excess for certain outpatient bills and you are entitled to claim for dental and health cheques at a reasonable rate if you select your combination right. A good move I would say, for the present at any rate.

My insurance is up for renewal and I am considering a change. Does anyone know if there is any wait period with the new policy where certain claims cannot be made, I was thinking of maternity in particular. I am with VHI at the moment.
