Health Insurance Health insurance renewal 1st October

Hello,

my renewal is on 1.10.2024. if I renew on 30.9.2024 (paying full annual premium), the cost is €200 cheaper.

is this allowable?

If you are with Laya, I believe you can only renew/join any policy on the 1st of the month. I switched from IL last year and my policy with IL was expiring on the 31st December; Laya would only allow me to join from the 1st of either December or January

If the online system allows you then why not?
You'll be doubly insured for one day but so what?
