Have you seen this light fitting anywhere?

I'm looking for something like this. I want a reading lamp over my bed, and I want one with integrated switch. I've seen lots of spot type ones in B&Q and Homebase and the like, but I want one that has an integrated switch, like in [broken link removed] picture. Can anyone recommend a shop that has these?

I bought a pair of similar lights which I arrached to a headboard in Ikea Belfast. They are not exactly the same though.
