Hello all,

I have come accross this company called colourcapital.com in relation to a property investment. My question is has anyone had any dealings with this company?
I am beginining to wondering if these investment companys/clubs are endless and how do you establish the credability of .com investment club?
I hear the word research, research, research. But where do you start?

The first thing I would do would be to see how long they have been about. Just checking companies house this company has only been in business for 5 months. This isnt to say they are not genuine!
