I bought a 2 bed apartment in Herberton off the plans 18 months ago. It's now ready. It's value has fallen, so I'm going to negotiate a reduction with the developer. I'm looking for anyone who's in the same boat??! If you are, it would be great to get in contact with you!

If you've signed contracts you might find it a bit tricky to renegotiate.
