Have 350k to buy a house, looking to get a house as close as i can to Rathmines Southside, looking for 3 bed house if possible.What area is good, safe, and good for a family.All suggestions welcome thanks
 
Why not use the property websites to identify areas which meet your budget/requirement close to rathmines then ask about specific areas in the location,location,location forum.
 
Thats a very expensive area, you're aware of that yeah? But theres no rush to buy surely why not even rent around there for a while to get an idea of a specific area you'd like around there.
