Has anyone been charged for setting up an electricity account in bulgaria?
I have just received a bill from my builder for setting up an electricity account for my apartment in bulgaria. The bill is for 256euro which is alot considering that the electricity for a year costs around 70euro.
I don't believe a separate account has been set up for each apartment. I reckon the builder is trying to pull a fast one.
Any advice?
