Has anybody worked for Ubiqus (legal transcription company )?

Has anybody worked for this legal transcription company before? I think you work from home transcribing court documents etc. They are recruiting at the moment so just wondered if anyone had experience of what they are like to work for?

I did for a while.....it was fine but just be awares that it takes vasts amounts of time transcribing many of the documents. Even with a fast typing speed you are constantly re-winding tapes to try and hear what was said & god forbid the person is not a native english speaker which they often aren't. Formatting the doc can take an age also.

I know someone who did and said the same thing as calico. the theory was great to work from home etc but it took much longer than expected despite good typing skills. having said that she would have continued if her broadband had been more reliable as she thought it would get easier over time. but she only lasted about a month I think.
