Has any one bought an appartment in Silver Spring complex in Sunny Beach? Is everything as good as advertise?

Re: Silver Spring Appartment

Any good news, you ask. Well, at least those with a Spanish holiday home didn’t buy in Bulgaria where the bubble has also burst and flats are being sold for 75 to 80 per cent below their original selling prices.
Now that is what I call a catastrophe.

Hi Howitzer,

Sorry but how did the Irish Times come up with 75% to 80%

Re: Silver Spring Appartment

Hi,

Sorry, I can see that but how did Jack Fagon of the Irish times come up with this figure? He may be talking about properties up in the mountains that were worth nothing to begin with.

If you talk to Estate Agents properties in Bulgaria are being sold from up to 30 to 40% less than 2008 prices.

If you look at other forms posts people have sold apartments to Russian clients with a budget of up to 80k. Even Appreciating Assets were paying up to 50 -60k for apartments.

If you bought apartments in the middle of nowere which I have seen myself sold off plans you were never going to sell anyway. If you have apartment close to beach in a well run complex with pool, etc you will sell.

Ok Sunny Beach, Bansko is a problem too many apartments for sale anyway.

Russians are looking for high end apartments and willing to pay up to 70k in good location.
