I guess your complaint was about the hassle in queueing up only to be told that they were not serving any more? I take it you're not complaining about the employee's poor English given that they seem to have communicated the closure to you OK?I had a similar experience there recently where after queuing for 5 minutes I was informed that the fast food outlet was closed. This was 10 minutes before the official closing time of the centre. There were no notices to this effect and the person did not speak english very well.
