Myself and my ex spouse are separating . An agreement will be reached soon . Most likely my ex wife will remain in the PPR and I will be paying the full mortgage until the youngest is aged 21 at which point the property will be sold . My ex wife has a low income and will be obtaining social welfare benefits in addition to maintenance and child benefit. My query if she is entitled to HAP which I think she will be can I rent the PPR to her . The property is in my sole name as it was purchased pre wedding . The HAP income would make a huge difference to me as I’m very poorly financially effected by the separation. Any advice is much appreciated
