Handing in my notice

Im handing in my notice next week and I get paid weekly so i should be getting my two weeks wages ( current wage and back week ) plus any holidays due to me is that correct?

also if my employer wont pay me what do i do
 
Ring local Citizens Information Centre. Knew somweone in a similar position and they were able to help her. Can't remember what they did though.

Doesn't it depend on your contract of employment and what it says about hoe you are paid and notice periods that apply in this situation?

If an employer refuses to pay outstanding wages that are owed then report them to the DETE.
 
Why would your employer refuse to pay you for work that you have done?
