While Berlin seems to be heavily promoted I was wondering had anyone bought elsewhere in Germany.I am having a look at Hamburg.Any comments or experiences would be appreciate.

I would think that Hambury is a better bet than Berlin due to a number of economical factures. Strong employment, industry etc.
