Hall Door Guard

Hi,
We have a wooden hall door that sits on top of a wooden saddleboard.
When it rains, the rain can come in between the door and saddleboard, gathering in the hall. Does anyone know where I could get those flaps for the end of the door...the ones that have a hinge action to go up when you open the door...

You don't see those too often, but you could fit a good weather sealed threshold from Exitex, try www.exitex.ie they make top class products and if they don't have something suitable I'd be most surprised....
