Half blind/shutter for bay window!

I have a huge floor to ceiling bay window in my sitting room and although the amount of light coming in is fantastic, the world and its mother is having a gawk through the window! I want to get a shutter or blind only for the bottom half of the window (am on 1st floor so people cant see above that). Can anyone recommend a place that does something like this in ireland or have any good links to sites!Cheers
