Habitual Residence Condition

I lost my job recently and I my made my application for jobseeker and Supplementary Welfare,but up till today have not been able to get any payment from the CWO in my area.She told me that all my application are pending, just because they are yet to get respond on my HRC 1. Do any one know how they make decision on the HRC 1? I have been working in the coutry for the past 2 years and married to an EU citizen with a child.

that your application for SWA had been approved - are you now saying that this isn't the case and you have not yet been given a decision on your application?

I have not yet been given decision yet on my application according to what she told me today because of my HRC. I was kind of surprise because 2 weeks ago she gave me the yellow card for picking up money at the post office. I don't really understand why it is taking so long this way.
