Guide to running a limited company

I am in the situation where I am becoming increasingly involved in helping run the family business. I have searched for a guide to running a limited company in Ireland but I can't find anything.

Can anyone recommend a good book about running a limited company in Ireland (in relation to tax, law, advice, etc)?

This book is suppose to be excellent and covers tax
