Hey everyone,
im about to buy a site but when we spoke to the neighbour next door he said there was no one else allowed on the water group scheme and that a man who built up the road had to dig down like 300ft to get a well done and it cost a fortune. so we went back to the council site and there was a letter from 2004 saying we had permission to be on the water scheme from the man who runs it. PP isnt up til 2009 does that mean im safe if i buy the site?
