Grange field, ballinteer, dublin

Myself and my husband are looking at a few houses in this estate , the houses are really nice but what is the area like in general, as regards schools also ?

It's a nice quiet area, with lots of young families - well served by schools in Ballinteer and Dundrum. If you are more specific about kids ages, you might get more info re schools. I heard from a friend that there wasn't much of a community spirit in that particular estate - people keeping pretty much to themselves.

Primary schools - Our Lady's Ballinteer is nearest (sep boys and girls), also St Attractas (mixed) and Divine Word (mixed). Nearest Educate Together is near Nutgrove.

Secondary schools - Ballinteer Community School, Our Ladys Grove Goatstown, Loreto Beaufort, private schools - Wesley College, Notre Dame
