Hi,
I am looking at buying a 3 bed semi dedatched house at the Graigavern development in Ballybrittas. Houses seem to have sold fairly well and speaking with the estate agent this morning there aren't many houses left (final phase has begun).
Just wondering if anyone here lives in this development and has any opinions on it.
